These terms apply when you browse natureluxe.art or place an order with NatureLuxe, an online handmade botanical jewelry shop based in Los Angeles, California.

Products

NatureLuxe products are handmade using real flowers and natural elements. Color, placement, texture, and other small details may vary from photographs. Product descriptions identify the principal materials and characteristics to the best of our knowledge.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before an order is submitted. Payment must be authorized through one of the methods offered at checkout. We do not add undisclosed membership or recurring charges.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled because of inventory, payment, address, pricing, or fraud-prevention issues. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.

Shipping

Processing times, shipping charges, delivery estimates, tracking, and address-change information are stated in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Eligibility, the 14-day return-request window, return method, shipping responsibility, exclusions, and refund timing are stated in our Refund and Returns Policy.

NatureLuxe branding, original photographs, product descriptions, and written content belong to NatureLuxe or are used with permission. Website content may not be copied or presented as an endorsement or affiliation without authorization.

Errors and availability

We work to keep product, price, and availability information accurate. If a material error affects an order, we will contact the customer and provide the choice required by applicable law, including cancellation and refund where appropriate.
