Ambassador / Affiliate Program
Approved partners receive a referral link or code. When someone shops through that link or code, the partner earns commission on eligible orders.

Commission & Payments
Clear rules from the beginning.
Commission rate
Starter partners earn 10% commission on eligible product subtotal, excluding shipping, taxes, gift cards, refunds, and canceled orders.
Discounts for shoppers
We may provide your audience with a discount code, usually 10% off. Commission may be calculated after discounts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Approval window
Commissions become eligible 30 days after an order is completed, as long as the order is not refunded, canceled, disputed, or flagged for fraud.
Payout schedule
Approved balances are reviewed once a month. Standard payout date is the 15th of each month for eligible commissions from the previous period.
Minimum payout
The minimum payout balance is $25. If your balance is below the minimum, it rolls over to the next payout cycle.
Payment method
Common payment methods include PayPal, Venmo, store credit, or another method approved by Natureluxe. Availability may vary by location.

Taxes
Ambassadors are independent partners and are responsible for their own taxes. U.S. partners may be asked to provide a completed W-9 before receiving payouts. If payments meet applicable reporting thresholds, tax forms such as 1099 forms may be issued as required by law. This is not tax advice; please consult a tax professional.
Disclosure
Partners must clearly disclose the relationship with Natureluxe when posting affiliate links or codes. Simple language such as "I may earn a commission" or "#ad" may be required depending on the platform and situation.
Brand fit
We look for honest recommendations, respectful content, original photos or videos, and audiences that fit handmade, botanical, giftable, or lifestyle products.
Program changes
Natureluxe may update commission rates, discount codes, eligibility rules, or program terms. Any material changes will be communicated to active partners.

Can customers become ambassadors?

Can I use my own photos and videos?
Yes. Original content is encouraged. Please represent products accurately and avoid misleading claims.
When do commissions become payable?
Commissions are reviewed after the 30-day confirmation window and paid monthly when the minimum payout balance is reached.
What happens if an order is refunded?
Refunded, canceled, disputed, or fraudulent orders are not eligible for commission.
Is this an employment relationship?
No. Ambassadors are independent partners, not employees, agents, or legal representatives of Natureluxe.
