Shipping Policy

NatureLuxe is an online handmade botanical jewelry shop based in Los Angeles, California. Orders are prepared and shipped from California to addresses in the United States.

Order processing

Ready-to-ship items are normally processed within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order or personalized pieces may require additional processing time, which will be stated on the product page or communicated before shipment.

Shipping cost

Standard U.S. shipping is $4.99 for orders under $60. Standard U.S. shipping is free for orders of $60 or more, calculated after discounts and before tax. The shipping charge shown at checkout is the final applicable charge.

Estimated delivery

Our current estimated total delivery time for standard U.S. orders is 5–12 business days, including normal processing and carrier transit time. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or an incorrect address.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships.

Address changes

Please review your delivery address before placing an order. To request a correction before shipment, contact sales@natureluxe.art as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost, delayed, or returned packages

If a shipment appears delayed, lost, or is returned to sender, contact us with your order number so we can review the carrier information and explain the available next steps.
